Derek Fremd has been in the video and film production
industry in South Florida since 1984. As a producer,
director, cameraman, and editor he has been responsible
for hundreds of hours of broadcast programming and
dozens of titles for the home DVD market. Some of the
many programs he produced included eleven years of
producing The Church By the Sea’s internationally
broadcast “Telemission”, five years of producing and
directing “Thoroughbred Racing From Gulfstream Park”,
and countless productions for clients as diverse as Miss
Universe, Miss USA, and the U.S. Marine Corps. He also
has directed numerous live, multi-camera events and
productions. In 2002, Derek started Dreamcatcher Media
as an independent, full-service production company.
